To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jbmbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be identified through KYC procedures and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of jbmbet or any of its group companies, without prior written consent from the Company.

All Users are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. jbmbet reserves the right to reject any application or suspend any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, all Users must successfully complete identity verification ("KYC"). This process is a standard requirement of responsible and compliant platform operation and is designed to protect Users from identity fraud and to meet international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards.

The following documentation is typically required for KYC completion:

• Government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), valid Driver's Licence, or Passport.

KYC verification is normally completed within 24–48 hours following successful document submission. jbmbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal facilities pending satisfactory verification.

jbmbet supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX instant transfer, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.

Deposits:

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.

• jbmbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawal requests.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating hours, subject to the User's payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• jbmbet does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which jbmbet accepts no liability.

jbmbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonus amounts are credited to the User's Account as "Bonus Funds" and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 3,500 must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted).
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• Bonus Funds and any winings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal of Real Money funds, unless otherwise specified.
• jbmbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus obligations already acrued to Users are honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coluding with other players, or using software to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may lead to permanent Account suspension.

Referal Programme:

• Users may earn referral rewards of up to MYR 38 per successful referral under the jbmbet Referral Programme. A "successful referral" occurs when the referred individual creates a new Account, completes KYC verification, makes a qualifying deposit, and meets the applicable activity threshold.
• The referral bonus is credited to the referring User's Account following confirmation of the referral's qualifying activity. There is no cap on the number of referrals a User may make.

All bets placed on the jbmbet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. Users are advised to review game-specific rules available within the Platform prior to placing bets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jbmbet does not accept requests for bet cancellations except in circumstances where the Company has independently determined that an error occurred in the displayed odds due to a technical fault.
• jbmbet reserves the right to void bets where there is sufficient evidence of match manipulation, price errors, or irregular betting patterns, including but not limited to unusually large bet sizes inconsistent with a User's prior betting history.
• For live/in-play betting, odds are subject to continuous revision. The odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted and confirmed are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, jbmbet's determination — based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport — shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and User account tier. jbmbet reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual Users at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbmbet Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, conduct, or disguise money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such instances must be reported immediately to the support team.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jbmbet.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited by law, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jbmbet staff or other Users.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or embedded within the jbmbet Platform are the exclusive property of jbmbet or its third-party licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jbmbet.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by jbmbet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbmbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jbmbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. jbmbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or delays in processing.

In any event, jbmbet's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
